All users of the ECT Manager system in this school understand that assessment forms may be shared with any new school which the ECT may join whilst undertaking induction and also with any relevant parties which the Appropriate Body deems necessary, in order to ensure that induction is undertaken in accordance with the Statutory Guidance in place at the time of the sharing (Statutory Guidance paragraphs 2.69 to 2.75).
All users agree that the content of assessment forms are confidential within the school and are limited to the Headteacher, the tutor and the ECTs themselves. The sharing of assessment forms for the purpose of copying phrases for the completion of the forms is in breach of data regulations.
